Welcome to Saaj Saree. This website and online store are operated by R&G ENTERPRISES under the brand name Saaj Saree. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to R&G ENTERPRISES and Saaj Saree.

  • We do not generally store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

  • Cash on Delivery availability may be limited based on location, order value, prior order history, or courier serviceability.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and registered contact details.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing and dispatch status.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are generally delivered within the estimated timeframe shown on our website or communicated during order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, address verification, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • You are responsible for providing a complete and serviceable delivery address and an active phone number.
  • Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful if the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the courier cannot contact the recipient.
  • You should inspect the outer packaging at delivery and report visible damage or tampering to us promptly.
