Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Saaj Sarees

At Saaj Sarees, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • We accept returns only damaged and defective products
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Product must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Items purchased under discounts, offers, or final sale are not eligible

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request:

If pickup is not available in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our address.

Return Shipping Charges

  • A flat ₹150 return shipping fee will be applicable
  • This fee will be waived only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For COD Orders:

  • Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI
  • Our team will contact you to collect the required details

👉 Note:

  • Return shipping charges (₹150) will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to our mistake

Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange for size or color
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • A flat ₹90 exchange shipping fee will be applicable

Important Guidelines

To ensure smooth processing:

  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster resolution
  • The video should:
    • Start before opening the parcel
    • Clearly show sealed packaging
    • Include shipping label and product
    • Highlight any defect or issue

Non-Acceptable Returns

We may reject returns if:

  • Product is used, worn, or damaged (not due to transit)
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Return request is made after the allowed timeframe
  • Item is sent without prior approval

Unauthorized Returns

  • Returns sent without approval may be delayed or declined
